Complete an online form to request Historic Environment Record (HER) data from Suffolk Archaeological Service.

Before you submit this form please ensure you:

• read and understood the charges published in the archaeology charging schedule

You will receive a copy of your submission via email. If you do not receive this copy, please resend the request.

Please note: If you wish to send a GIS polygon to show us a specific search area, email it to archaeology.her@suffolk.gov.uk once you have submitted this form.

For all Woodland/UK Forestry searches, please submit any supporting information such as PDF maps or GIS shapefile of the proposed Woodland parcels by email to archaeology.HER@suffolk.gov.uk once you have submitted this form.
