parkwalk

Common reasons people give for not taking part in their local parkrun are that they can't run that far, or they are not fit enough. Running is not required, walking is encouraged.

parkwalk is a great way to get active and start your parkrun journey. You'll be supported at a parkrun event as Suffolk has at least one volunteer tail walker, who is the person or people at the back who always finish last.

You can read about walking at parkrun to find out how to get involved.
