Enhanced RBUSS (Remote backup support service)

Suffolk County Council offers a fully managed backup service, where we monitor and resolve any issues with your Redstor backup service.

With this service we manage the amount of space you use and send alerts to the school where you are getting close to the storage capacity you have purchased. We then work with a you to identify data that can be removed from the back-up or look to extend the amount of storage if require.
