Booking a culture project conversation

If you have not applied before, you must have a pre-application conversation. Please decide how much you are planning to bid for and book a conversation.

If you have applied before, pre-application conversations are encouraged but optional.

This will be a 15-minute conversation. It can be by telephone or on Microsoft Teams.

Please decide how much you are planning to apply for and book a conversation using the relevant link below.

Arts projects

Book a conversation for an arts project up to £10,000.

Book a conversation for an arts project from £10,001 to £20,000.

For further information about the events or the fund, please email the team. Please note that we aim to reply within 3 working days.

Museums projects

Please email museums@suffolk.gov.uk requesting 2 or 3 options from the following dates:

29 and 30 September 2025

2, 3, 6, 14 and 15 October 2025

Dates and times available on a first come first served basis.

Types of conversation

There are two ways to have a pre-application conversation:

• A telephone conversation. You will be asked to give us your telephone number.
• A Microsoft Teams call. This is an online video meeting. You will receive an appointment via email and can join through a web browser or through Teams on your computer.
