Booking a culture project conversation

Please speak to a member of Suffolk’s arts and museums team to discuss your application.

This will be a 15-minute conversation. It can be by telephone or on Microsoft Teams.

A pre-application conversation is a requirement for all large (£15,001 - £50,000) and medium (£1,501 - £15,000) applications.  

Applicants for small grants (up to £1,500) are encouraged and welcome to have a conversation.

Please decide how much you are planning to bid for and book a conversation using the links below:

• Arts project up to £5,000,
• Museum projects up to £5,000
• Arts projects between £5,001 and £50,000,
• Museum projects between £5,001 and £50,000

Types of conversation 

There are two ways to have a pre-application conversation:

• A telephone conversation – you will be asked to give us your telephone number.
• A Microsoft Teams call – this is an online video meeting – you will receive an appointment via email and can join through a web browser or through Teams on your computer.
