Offshore wind control room - level 3

Supporting those working in the renewables sector to upskill for control operation and team management. Delivered by East Coast College.

The course will include training in:

  • Human leadership
  • Emergency response plans
  • Dealing with emergencies
  • Working with teams
  • Handling stressful situations.

Eligibility criteria

Currently, we are only able to offer this role to applicants who live in Suffolk or Norfolk.

You must:

  • Be aged 19+
  • Have the right to work in the UK/have a National Insurance number
  • Not be enrolled on other funded training such as an apprenticeship, Higher Education or Kick-Start, Re-Start
  • Be a current resident in Norfolk or Suffolk
  • Have lived in the UK/EU for at least three years or have the right to live and work in the UK
  • SME employer’s contribution £350, Large employer £1050.
