Bramford to Twinstead

Bramford to Twinstead is a proposed grid reinforcement scheme.

The scheme consists of approximately 29km of overhead lines and underground cables, a grid supply point substation and associated development.

The proposals would connect Bramford Substation in Suffolk to a new substation which is planned to be constructed to the west of Twinstead Tee in Essex.
